Ball collector

Ball Collector is one of the main device of the CTCS. it's applicable for the filling room and its primary role is to pick out the damaged rubble balls and input new ones , at the sametime,Ball collector also count the number of rubble balls to check the recovery rate.

The ball collector designed by us is more advanced ,more reasonable structure and at the leading position technologically in the world at present.

Ball recirulating pump

Ball recirculating pump is constant circulating power source of rubber ball in Condenser Tube Cleaning Systems. The water caused by ball screen is sent to cooling inlet tube by enhancing pressure. This pump is special no-obstacle centrifugal pump with many good characteristics such as no build up ball, no crash ball and little attrition for ball etc.

According to different working condition, we should choose different flux, lift and parameters to guarantee normal operation of rubber ball.

Debris filters

Distributor

Distributor is a sub-exchange activities with the three devices baffle which used in the CTCS.during the CTCS' runtime, put the distributor on-state with one of the condenser side and cleanning .After that ,change it to the other side . In this way ,we can clean two condensers with only one ball pump and collector .

Rubber ball

In our company, a complete range of cleaning balls has been developed to cope with various types of tube fouling, different tube materials and variable pressure drops in condensers.we have three kinds of rubber balls including standard cleaning balls, peeled cleaning balls and Corundum blended cleaning balls.

Spinng self-latching ball strainer

Spinng self-latching ball strainer is based on inverted V type ball strainer.It has radically changed the actuating way to 4 bar mechanism.This design has more advantages than any other kinds of ball strainers as follows:
