CTCS，is a small system , but it plays a very big role to the whole power plant. As we know ,the CTCS 's quality related to the cleanliness of the condenser, the vacuum-side difference, the efficiency of the water cycle, unit coal consumption, power output and so on.
Take one single 300MW unit for example,a nice CTCS can bring more than 8,000,000RMB per year,but an inefficient CTCS may couse many problems such as investment mistakes,the burden of management and efficiency losses.
At present, the whole CTCS industry is almost in a paralyzed state. it's mainly reflected in the following aspects:
—the original device cant recycle the rubble balls or have a very low collecting rate;
—the ball's recovery rate is not steady ,and even more some power plants have dismantled their CTCS.
According to EPRI research, only 15% of the power plants can guarantee a high rubber ball collecting rate above 95%. The key device of the CTCS is the screen,and the efficacy of the screen directly related to the collecting rate. In China , there are more than 80 comapnies can provide the CTCS , most of them share the same technology of the third-generation skill —" inverted V-type" moveable ball-collecting plant. Only Fengqing has the newest skill of the fourth-generation,which is the most efficient "rotation-yaw squegging” ball-collecting plant. This kind of product is differs from the “inverted V-type” moveable ball-collecting plant.
